A teleconference with the solicitor, counsel or both usually follow a file review and may be arranged also at any time during the litigation process. Further ad-hoc teleconferences maybe arranged, as required.
Face-to-face meetings are available also, as preferred.
Generally, transcription software is used to generate a record of the substance of the teleconference. Please inform us beforehand if this is not acceptable to you.
